Terms and Conditions

Terms of Sale
- Cash or check until credit is established. You may call or stop by our sales office for a credit application.
Claims
- Any claims (as to condition or count) must be made immediately upon receipt. Once accepted in good condition, we cannot be responsible for improper handling, maintenance or damage by the elements.
Terms
- Open Accounts: Invoices are mailed as incurred and payment is due 30 days from date of invoice.
- A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) will be collected on past due accounts. When crediting an account with a payment, any outstanding service charges will be paid before applying any part of the payment to open invoices.
Returned Check Charge
- If a check is returned, a $15.00 returned check charge will be collected.
Returns and Allowances
- We will accept returns on all stock items returned within 3 days with prior approval.
Restocking Charge
- We charge a 20% restocking charge for accepted returns. Order carefully - it costs us both time and money.
Special Orders
- A 50% deposit will be required on special orders. There will be no returns on any special order items!]
